Dear LBP family,

Philadelphia has issued a city-wide lockdown that went into effect on March 23, in an effort to help contain COVID-19. We are currently unable to ship orders from our warehouse, though we are looking for a solution.

Orders placed at this time will be shipped when we are able to open again. We do not yet know when this will be, though we will let you know as soon as we do. Please enjoy 20% off our entire store in the meantime (no promo code necessary). We will notify you when your order ships.

We will continue our other activities, responding to emails, sharing resources, and helping where we can. If you have questions about your order or anything else, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we will do our best to get back to as quickly as possible.

Remember that unopened LBP adhesives can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months and that Elleebana lash lift refills are good up to 6 months past the expiration date on the box.
