We fulfill orders Monday - Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or major US holiday will begin fulfillment on the following business day, unless otherwise noted. Orders must be paid in full in order to be processed.
Domestic (US) Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping (3-5 business days) within the United States for purchases over $40! You will have the option to select an alternative shipping method at checkout; exact postage rates are provided.
Expedited Shipping: For expedited shipping methods (2 day, next day and overnight), orders must be placed by 1:00pm ET Monday - Friday for processing that same day.
In-Store Pickup: You have the option to pick up your order at our flagship lash studio (LashBee) in Philadelphia, PA. Use code "STOREPICKUP" at checkout. Orders will be available for pick up between 1:00pm and 7:00pm ET the following business day. If you need your order sooner, please email us at hi@lashbeepro.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you. The salon is located at 1126 Walnut Street, Floor 2, Philadelphia, PA 19107. International Shipping
Canada: Standard shipping (7-21 business days) is $18. You have the option to select alternative shipping methods at check out.
Other Locations: Shipping rates will vary based on shipping address and shipping method selected.
Customs: We are not responsible for customs charges or other fees once your purchase has been shipped; these are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend speaking with your post office to familiarize yourself with your country's customs charges. We do not provide refunds for shipping costs in the event a package is refused at customs and returned to us.
Lost Items
We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facilities. We recommend tracking your package's location and making arrangements to be available to accept it upon arrival. If you do not receive your order within 15 days, your best option is to contact the shipping company directly to get any additional information or options to move forward.
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. In the event we did not meet your expectations, please refer to these guidelines on how to address the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to initiate an exchange. Video or photo documentation is required within 72 hours of delivery in order to receive a replacement item. Once the proper documentation is sent and the product is determined to be damaged or defective, we will ship your replacement item within 5 business days.
Returns
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be unopened in original packaging, with proof of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since the date of delivery, the item is no longer eligible for a return. LashBee is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items.
Once we have received your returned item, you will be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Insurance: We recommend purchasing shipment tracking and/or shipping insurance for orders or items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without this.
Exemptions
Adhesives: We cannot accept returns on adhesives, as we do not know how they have been stored since being shipped from our facility.
Training Courses: Training courses are non-refundable. If you find you can no longer make your training date, contact us as soon as possible to transfer your enrollment to a later date.
Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Out of Stock Items
In the event that an item you ordered goes out of stock after your order has been submitted, we will contact you immediately regarding your order. You will have the option to replace the out of stock item with a similar item or receive a refund for that item. If we are unable to connect with you within 48 hours of order submission, we will ship your order without the missing item and refund you for that item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Warranty
LashBeePro is an authorized retailer of Glamcor products. For the Glamcor New Classic Elite 2 in Limited Edition LashBee Gold, there is a one (1) year unlimited unconditional warranty for manufacturer's defect and loss of functionality (effective from the purchase date). Please contact us at hi@lashbeepro.com should your Glamcor lose functionality within this one year period.
Return of Gifts
If the purchased item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive full credit for the value of the item. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift-giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift-giver. As such, the gift-giver will be notified of your return.
