**HOLIDAY SHIPPING IMPACTS**
Order Processing Times: Orders may experience a 1-2 day processing delay. Please keep this in mind when placing your orders. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Shipping Times: Due to the holiday season, shipping carriers may experience longer than normal shipping time frames. Please keep this in mind as you select a shipping method. While we do our best to get packages out in a timely manner, we unfortunately have no control over how the shipping carrier handles them once they leave our facility.
Delivery Issues? Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any questions regarding shipping. Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have any control over how it is handled, so the shipping carrier will have the most accurate information. Contact information is below:

We fulfill orders Monday - Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, & major US holiday will begin fulfillment on the following business day, unless otherwise noted. Orders must be paid in full in order to be processed.
Domestic (US) Shipping
Enjoy free USPS First Class shipping (3-5 business days to most locations) within the United States for purchases over $150! You will have the option to select an alternative shipping method at checkout; exact postage rates are provided. Refer to the end of this page for USPS and UPS delivery timelines.
Expedited Shipping: For expedited shipping methods (2 day, next day and overnight), orders must be placed by 11:00am ET Monday - Friday for processing that same day. Orders placed after this time or on a Saturday, Sunday, or postal holiday will be processed the next business day.
International Shipping Through DHL Global: Standard shipping (typically 2--7 business days) varies depending on location.
Duties, Taxes, Customs + Other Fees: LashBeePro is not responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes once your package has left our warehouse, nor can we offer any information on delays that may occur during customs clearance. We recommend speaking with your post office to familiarize yourself with your country's customs charges.
We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facilities. We recommend tracking your package's location and making arrangements to be available to accept it upon arrival. If you do not receive your order within 15 days, your best option is to contact the shipping company directly to get any additional information or options to move forward.
If your order says delivered but cannot be located:
- Check with others in your house who may have accepted it
- In rare cases, a package may show as "delivered" but could take an additional 24 hours before it is physically delivered
- Your carrier may have placed it in a safer location
- Contact your local post office - sometimes they will hold your package if there wasn't a secure location to leave it or an access point.
If you have purchased shipping/package insurance:
- Route Package Protection - Contact Route at https://claims.route.com/.
- DHL, UPS, & USPS Priority Mail - Please contact us once the shipping carrier has determined that the package has been lost. We will assist with the resolution process once the shipping carrier confirms completion of the investigation.
Domestic Shipping - Customers must notify us of a lost insured package within 60 days of the date the package was shipped to be eligible for a replacement.
International Shipping - Customers must notify us of a lost insured package within 90 days of the date the package was shipped to be eligible for a replacement.
***USPS - First Class Shipping does not including insurance, and we strongly encourage customers to add Route Package Protection to their order. In the event that the order did not include Route Protection and the customer selected First Class Shipping and becomes lost, it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS directly about their complaint. We are not responsible for lost packages***
Route Package Protection
Given the rise in shipping delays and other package delivery issues, we have partnered with Route to offer package insurance. You may purchase Route insurance at the time of checkout for a small percentage of your order total. Should you experience a lost, stolen, or damaged package, Route will replace it for you at no additional cost. While you are absolutely welcome to decline Route coverage at checkout, we have found great success with the services Route offers and strongly encourage you to consider adding it to your order for extra security.
