We fulfill orders Monday - Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or major US holiday will begin fulfillment on the following business day, unless otherwise noted. Orders must be paid in full in order to be processed.
Domestic (US) Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping (3-5 business days) within the United States for purchases over $50! You will have the option to select an alternative shipping method at checkout; exact postage rates are provided.
Expedited Shipping: For expedited shipping methods (2 day, next day and overnight), orders must be placed by 1:00pm ET Monday - Friday for processing that same day.
In-Store Pickup: You have the option to pick up your order at our flagship lash studio (LashBee) in Philadelphia, PA. Use code "STOREPICKUP" at checkout. Orders will be available for pick up between 1:00pm and 7:00pm ET the following business day. If you need your order sooner, please email us at email@example.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you. The salon is located at 1126 Walnut Street, Floor 2, Philadelphia, PA 19107. Canada: Standard shipping (7-21 business days) is $18. You have the option to select alternative shipping methods at check out.
Other Locations: Shipping rates will vary based on shipping address and shipping method selected.
Customs: We are not responsible for customs charges or other fees once your purchase has been shipped; these are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend speaking with your post office to familiarize yourself with your country's customs charges. We do not provide refunds for shipping costs in the event a package is refused at customs and returned to us.
We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facilities. We recommend tracking your package's location and making arrangements to be available to accept it upon arrival. If you do not receive your order within 15 days, your best option is to contact the shipping company directly to get any additional information or options to move forward.
