How do I access rewards?
Click on the rewards icon on the bottom left corner of your desktop, tablet or mobile screen. From here, you can sign up for an account, sign in to your previously created account, see your rewards & learn how to earn more points.
How can I earn points?
LashBee Loyalty members earn 10 points for each dollar you spend. You can also earn additional points by leaving a product review, uploading a photo or video with a review, following us on social media, referring a friend and celebrating a birthday. We also have double points promotions, so make sure you are on our email list to be the first to know about any loyalty promotions.
What can I redeem my points for?
You can redeem your points for free products or for $5, $10 or $20 off coupons on your next purchase. Our free product offerings occasionally change, so check HERE to see the current options.
How can I see my current balance and rewards history?
Simply login to your account on the top right corner of the screen. Once you login, you will be able to access your points and click to see your rewards history.
How can I find my discount codes?
Access your discount codes by clicking on the rewards icon on the bottom left corner of your screen, then click “Redeem Points”. Choose your reward and click the “Redeem” button. Click “Apply Code” to copy the code and then paste it at checkout. Please note that if you are redeeming a free product, you will need to add that product 1st to your cart and then input the code.
I put my discount code in and it’s not working, what do I do?
If you are trying to redeem a reward for a free product, make sure that product has been added to your cart before applying the discount code. For example, if you want to redeem your reward for a free Retention Queen, add a Retention Queen to your cart, then input the discount code at checkout & you should be good to go! Can I redeem my reward and apply a discount code?
No, loyalty discounts and rewards cannot be combined with other offers. Only 1 discount can be input at checkout at a time.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points must be used within 48 months. Notifications will be sent out prior to points expiring.
